Merry Christmas

Not a lot to say. The swirl of events now faster than my ability to sort. I do of course find some humor in the libs taking the mid term elections, as some sort of mandate (yet I never heard them say: "Damn, those electronic voting machines sure do work great!")

A mandate to ignore reality. To pretend there is nothing seriously wrong in the world. And if there is .... Danny Devito acting like a monkey on television, will cure it. And Gwyneth Paltrow will lend that cure, some sophistication. That everything before today was Bush's fault. Everything tomorrow, around the globe and across the universe .... more/same.

No reformation is currently taking place in Islam. To the contrary. The temperature is rising. The fervor growing. Ignore it? Sure little lib. Santa's on his way. Bringing Ipod's, Playstation III's, and HD flat panels to all the cute nihilists. Who'll be flinging doo in splendor and comfort this new year (hey, if Ahmadinejad can watch dancing girls? Commies can consume right?).


I'll give a few shot outs:

L.K., Thanks for the dinger. Mordechai, Thanks for the ladders. Terry Cain, you're in our thoughts. Our service personnel around the globe keeping us from harm, I stand and bow my head.

To all in our current administration who have selflessy toiled on behalf of G*d and country, I give thanks. Mr. President, Secretary Rumsfeld, Secretary Rice, Ambassador Bolton.


The last week has taken nearly all the leaves off the plum tree in the grassy triangle. In a few days it will be bare. Winter ... as it were here in South Cali, is near upon us. An interesting year for your's truly. I know not what 2007 brings. But I wish you all health and happiness.
